Our mission statement is, “Making Christ known by sharing his love.” Here are some of the ways in which we work at doing this.
When and where: 10 a.m. at 271 Snowsell Street, Kelowna, BC (See map).
No matter where you are in your spiritual journey, you are invited to come as you are to the Sunday worship service.
What to expect The service features historic and contemporary liturgy, traditional hymns and modern songs, and relevant messages. There is no dress code: come as you feel comfortable (if it’s casual, come casual; if you want to dress up, go ahead). If you want prayer, there will be people to pray with you, following the service. Also, at the end of the service, please stick around for coffee (sometimes snacks) and meet some new people.
During the service, Sunday school is provided for toddlers to school-aged kids so they can learn at their own level in an appropriate environment.
We REALLY want to help you feel at home at St. David’s, and one of the key ways to get to know people beyond the post-sermon coffee hour is to invest your time in a small group. Several small groups meet in various locations around Kelowna to discuss the Bible, pray, fellowship and have fun!
Other regular activities
During the week, men meet downstairs on Thursday morning at 8:00 am for discussion and prayer. There is also a monthly Men’s Breakfast on the third Saturday of the month at 8:00 am.
